Peach & ginger smoothie
It’s peach season, let’s make a peach smoothie. I would chop up the peaches and keep them frozen for smoothies. It tastes better and makes it more creamy.
Peach & ginger smoothie:
2 large yellow peaches / 2 st stora gula persikor
1/2 – 1 inch ginger / 2-3 cm ingefära
1 tsp raw honey / 1 tsk rå honung
1 cup almond milk / 2 1/2 dll mandelmjölk
Boost it with 2 tsp chia or hemp seeds / boosta med 2 tsk chia eller hemp frön
Blend it until perfectly creamy and enjoy.
