\n 1\/2-1 hackad gul l\u00f6k<\/em>
\n 1\/2 skivad purjol\u00f6k<\/em>
\n 1 pressad vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/em>
\n 400 g quornbitar<\/em>
\n 3 dl gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong (1 msk gr\u00f6nsaksfond + 3 dl vatten)<\/em>
\n 1 dl creme fraiche<\/em>
\n 1-2 tsk torkad dragon<\/em>
\n 2-3 tsk dijonsenap<\/em>
\n 100 g haricot verts<\/em><\/p>\n

Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k, purjo och vitl\u00f6k i oljan. Tills\u00e4tt quorn och fr\u00e4s n\u00e5gra minuter till. H\u00e4ll i gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och cr\u00e9me fra\u00eeche. R\u00f6r om och tills\u00e4tt dragon och senap. L\u00e5tt puttra 5 minuter, tills\u00e4tt haricot vetts och puttra 5 minuter till. Servera med ris.<\/p>\n
